My residential new homes packages consists of full layouts:- notes, block plan, typical section, plan view, elevations and roof plan. With Basix tables for all items including window schedule Also in the design package is the Basix Certificate itself, for which I have an extensive knowledge of its workings and limitations. As an added inclusion is a 3D walk through utilising free software that clients can download, allowing them to have a full walk through well before construction begins. The 3D viewing has been a valuable tool for customers to gain a better understanding of their dream home.
